Your Teams Are Already Using AI. Train Them to Use It Well.

Somewhere in your organization right now, someone is pasting confidential data into a chatbot, and someone else is ignoring a tool that could save them a day a week. The Adoption Track replaces both with practical, safe, role-relevant AI skill — across Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude.

Who This Track Is For

  • Managers, business analysts, process owners and operations teams
  • HR/L&D leaders rolling out AI skills at scale
  • Any enterprise batch that needs to move from "we have licenses" to "we get value from them"

Trained on the Stack You Actually Run

Most AI training teaches one vendor's tool. RPATech trains across Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude — because that's what real enterprises deploy, and because the skill that matters is knowing which tool to use for which task, safely. This breadth is rare among training providers, and it's built into every Adoption Track program.

Programs in the Adoption Track

Enterprise AI Adoption Program

1 day. The organization-wide foundation: GenAI basics without the mystique, hands-on use across Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, document summarization, drafting, meeting notes, analysis support — plus safe-usage guidelines and use-case spotting. Teams leave with a practical AI usage playbook for daily work.

Applied AI & Prompt Engineering

1 day. The deeper skill layer. One shared core — prompt fundamentals, reliability, safe enterprise use — then two tracks: a Business Track (SOPs, BRDs, reports, test cases, exception workflows) and a Developer Track (AI-assisted coding, refactoring, documentation, review). Every participant leaves with a working prompt library for their actual job.

Designed for Rollout, Not One-Off Batches

Both programs are built as repeatable corporate batches — nominate cohorts by department, run them weekly, and pair with the Leadership Workshop so sponsors and teams move together. Typical rollouts start with a pilot batch and scale on feedback.
