Yes — zero upfront payment. The training liability only applies if you exit before completing 3 years of service. Complete your commitment, and the entire ₹6,00,000 is written off.

You exit with zero liability. Phase 0 is a mutual evaluation period — free for both sides. Historically, 60-70% of Phase 0 candidates proceed to Phase 1.

Yes. Successfully complete Phase 3 (including passing mandatory certifications), and you will receive a job offer within one week. If RPATech is unable to offer employment due to unforeseen circumstances (not your performance), no training fees will be charged.

UiPath and Microsoft certifications. RPATech pays the exam fees. Passing these certifications is mandatory for receiving your job offer.

RPATech invests ₹6,00,000 in your training. It takes approximately 3 years of productive work for us to recover that investment and see returns. It's a fair exchange — you get expensive training free, we get your commitment.

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with basic programming knowledge, good English communication skills, willingness to commit 3 years, and ability to handle intensive training. If you're looking for a casual learning experience or planning to job-hop immediately, this program isn't for you.
